MOEX says to launch indexes of IT, construction firms

MOSCOW, Nov 27 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Exchange will calculate the indices of IT companies and construction firms, the bourse said on Friday in a statement.

“The new indicators will demonstrate dynamics of the Russian economy industries and provide private and institutional investors with additional opportunities to analyse the strategies of working on the stock market,” the Moscow Exchange said.

The IT index will include the securities of Internet companies Mail.ru Group and Yandex, online recruiting service HeadHunter, and marketplace Ozon.

The index of real estate developers will include the stocks of Samolet Group, PIK Group, LSR Group, and Etalon Group.
